10. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through:

11. Mandatory Arbitration Agreement

Class Action Waiver

You and SuperCode LLC agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

Arbitration Costs

• Filing Fees: You will pay the initial filing fee (up to $200)
• Arbitrator Fees: SuperCode LLC will pay all arbitrator fees
• Attorney Fees: Each party pays their own attorney fees
• Cost Shifting: Prevailing party may recover reasonable attorney fees if authorized by law

Opt-Out Procedure

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first using our services by sending written notice to: legal@webzum.com with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" and including your name, email address, and a statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement.

Survival

This arbitration agreement will survive the termination of these Terms of Service and your use of our services.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
